4 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup milk
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
2 slices chocolate-coated chocolate with almonds
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Sift together the flour, sugar, and white sugar; mix with milk, eggs, and vanilla extract in small mixing bowl. Stir together pecans and chocolate pieces in small mixing bowl. Place mixture in the bottom of a 9 inch pie pan. Place 1/2 cup pecans on top of crust. Cut slices into a 1/4 inch thick in each pie.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Reduce temperature to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Bake an additional 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of pie comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack.
