1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 large tomatoes, diced
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried thyme
8 ounces Swiss cheese, sliced
In a medium bowl, whip cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in cream cheese until well blended.
Dredge softened cheese in flour until finely crumbly. Stir cream cheese mixture into cheese dough mixture. Cover and refrigerate dough for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to mingle. Shape dough into balls or rolls and roll in softened cheese.
