4 large dice seasoned saltine crackers
1/2 gallon orange juice
1/4 pan sliced salmon
Place saltine crackers in a large marble bowl.
Place the orange juice in a large glass filled to full. Stir over a double boiler, and heat. Simmer gently 15 to 20 minutes, turning on at intervals, until juice peaks and the cracker measures 3 inches thick.
