2 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup milk
2 fluid ounces cream of strawberries
1 fluid ounce vodka
2 3/4 cups white sugar
4 green candies, diced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9-inch square pan.
Melt 1/4 cup vegetable oil in the microwave oven. Mix together with milk, cream of strawberries and vodka. Microwave until strawberries are pliable, 10 to 15 seconds. Add sugar and mix over low heat.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Seal edges and allow to stand for 30 minutes. Spray with vegetable spray and baking spray. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
