1 (26 ounce) can crushed pineapple, juice reserved
1 (10 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O
1 (8 ounce) can lemon candy
1 pint lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
In a medium bowl, mix pineapple, lemonade, lemon-lime soda and lemon candy until thoroughly combined.
Heat the microwave or invert pan in the microwave over medium heat. Place the pineapple mixture in the microwave pan, using tongs, and place in the glass or metal bowl.
Microwave pineapple mixture two minutes, or until it begins to melt. Pour into an Italian spread mold. Place in the freezer until completely cool.
