1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 (2 ounce) can crushed pineapple-flavored frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (14 ounce) can white corn cereal
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon orange juice
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
1 (3 ounce) can sliced pecans
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix pineapple juice concentrate, orange juice concentrate, orange zest, pecans, pineapple, corn, milk, orange juice, orange zest and orange juice. Spread mixture evenly into a 9 inch pie pan.
Bake pie for 25 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden brown. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
