2 pounds pork tenderloin, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 onion, thinly sliced
4 teaspoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon paprika
3 large apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
1 teaspoon dried sage
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place pork cubes in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Mix in the oil and onions and sprinkle with garlic powder. Place the apple slices, the salt, paprika, apples, butter, salt, chicken bouillon and sage into the dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, and sprinkle with butter mixture. Return to oven for 10 minutes, until apples are tender.
