6 tomato slices
1/4 cup olive oil
3/4 cup olive oil
1 small onion, sliced into rounds
1 medium head cabbage - washed, rinsed and thinly sliced
1 medium carrot, sliced into 1/2 inch rounds
1 medium zucchini, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 medium onion, sliced into rounds
1 medium tomato, sliced
In a large bowl, mix tomato slices, olive oil, olive oil, onion slices, cabbage, carrot, zucchini and tomato. Mix lightly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, stir together tomato sauce, tomato soup, tomato salad greens, tomato pesto, tomato paste, tomato paste, tomato paste and tomato paste. Mix together well.
Slice tomato slices into 1/4 inch slices for garnish.
