3/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
1 1/2 cups beef bouillon mix
1 pound kielbasa sausage
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in the oregano and basil. Sift in the bouillon, and cook until the vegetables get dark.
Pour the beef bouillon mix into the skillet, and stir into the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender. Stir in the kielbasa, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Heat through.
