1 cup milk
3/4 cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons lemon extract
1 (8 ounce) package frozen mixed fruit concentrate
1 (8 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup sliced almonds
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease two 8 inch muffin cups.
In a large bowl, combine milk, sugar, salt, pepper and egg. Stir in vanilla extract, lemon extract and lemon juice. Pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Cool in pan drippings on the serving dish.
I planned on using some sort of horseradish flavor, but it was so mild it smelt like rancid overkill. Would have thought onion=food.
