4 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
3 tablespoons brown sugar
4 ounces chopped, cooked fish
3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
In a blender with a blender attachment, combine mayonnaise, oil, and Worcestershire sauce; blend until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in taco seasoning, sour cream, brown sugar, and fish. Mix making sure the fish is coated. Keep well refrigerated.
When ready to serve, spoon fish mixture into individual tortillas, seal edges of tortillas, and fold over. Serve hot or cold.
