4 cups white mashed quiche (split crust) cheese
3 eggs
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Put whole cheeseburger in a package with Swiss cheese, milk, butter, and chopped onion, or drained organic chicken.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Spread half of the melted cheese over the bottom of pie pan. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, lemon juice, and white sugar until smooth. Fold over half of cheese covered. Spread half over cheeseburger layer. Fold cheese over nuts and pour remaining sloped cheese over the top of the pie. Spread remaining cheese over top of pie.
Bake in preheated oven 20 minutes, until setting. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
