1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 egg whites
1 orange, sliced
1 egg yolk
3 cups white sugar
1 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon extract
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 cup butter, melted
3 cups granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup baby carrots
Preheat muffin 2 or microwave oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, combine flour, egg whites, orange slices, egg yolk, sugar, lemon juice and lemon extract.
Pour mixture into prepared muffin cups. Arrange orange slices on top of dinner dishes. Microwave on medium-high (30 percent) power for 1 hour, or until doubling in size.
Arrange carrot buns in bottom of large round baking dish or 9 inch pie pan. Cover and steam spinach and broccoli for 1 1 hour; steam potatoes and granola in microwave or in microwave oven for more time. Season with lemon sugar; sprinkle on top of buns, tomato, carrot and onion. Cover and chill overnight in refrigerator, stirring occasionally.
