1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 (1 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (16 ounce) can frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 (16 ounce) bag French baguette, shredded
In a medium mixing bowl, mix brown sugar and white sugar. Beat egg into sugar mixture, mixing thoroughly. Fold in cream cheese. Spoon mixture into 2 quarts of greased 6 or 7-inch square baking dish. Arrange shredded baguette side down on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle cream cheese over cream cheese mixture.
Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until lightly risen. Cool completely before cutting into squares or squares. Garnish with fresh parsley, tomato, onion and yellow pepper.
