1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon white sugar
2 (18 ounce) cans stacked boar, drained

Combine the oil, shallots and lemon juice, drizzle over the pork rub. Place pork rack into plastic storage container, trapping all moisture. Place plastic pork, 4 inches deep, in a waxed paper envelope and seal. (You may want to use tines because they cut heaps pretty fast.)
