1 (2 ounce) can frozen smoked ham, thawed
1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 (8 ounce) can whole kernel corn, with liquid
Mix downloaded ham meat and mushroom meat into the pan of the slow cooker. Cover the pan and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
When the meat is tender, transfer to the slow cooker with a spoon and mix with mushrooms.
In a separate small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and corn syrup. Add all ingredients and mix together. Pour mixture over the ham and mushroom mixture and cook for 2 hours, or until the mushrooms are tender.
