3 (10 ounce) cans diced orange juice concentrate
1 (10 ounce) can sliced pineapple with juice
2 tablespoons white sugar
1/2 cup chopped fresh lemon zest
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
In a large wok or large bowl, combine orange juice concentrate, pineapple, sugar, lemon raspberry, lemon zest and lemon zest. Mix vigorously, and store refrigerated for up to one year. If you would like, squeeze orange juice concentrate into glasses of orange juice to smooth it out.
