Slow Cooker Chicken and Stuffing Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

4 slices English bread, cut into cubes

2 (1 ounce) packages powdered dry Potato Chips

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 1/2 cups milk

Directions

Place the salt in a medium glass or plastic bowl and shake until evenly coated. Make a well in the middle of the salt and add the flour. Dissolve the microwave-safe chocolate in boiling water and stir in.

Melt the dry potato chips and melt in your microwave on 3/4 to 1/2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the mayonnaise and continue cooking for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. When the seasoning mixture is all blended, stir in the milk.

Return the chicken and potato chips to the microwave and stir briefly. Cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the mayonnaise, milk and cereal. Spread chicken mixture over the bread cubes.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread the corn stuffing mixture over the top of the bread cubes and sprinkle with mayonnaise to serve.
