1 cup milk
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup diced onion
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
In a medium mixing bowl, mix the milk ingredients. Pour on the cream cheese mixture, then add the onion, Worcestershire sauce and cheese. Mix all together well, then spread the mixture on the bottom and sides of the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 45 minutes to uncovered baking. Begin baking 10 minutes before the cheese is melted and cheese coating is golden.
