Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup butter

3 cups packed brown sugar

1 (6 ounce) can evaporated milk

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

3 tablespoons honey

2 eggs, beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon chocolate extract

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and evaporated milk. Beat in the cream cheese, honey and eggs. Beat mixture into the creamed mixture until well blended.

Spread the cookie sheets evenly on the prepared cookie sheets. Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, then remove from cookie sheets to cool on wire racks.

To make the chocolate filling, whip the cream cheese and honey until smooth. Beat in the eggs and vanilla and spread over the cookie sheets at the same time. Keep warm.
