In a medium bowl, mix vinegar, lemon juice, lemon slices of lemon, garlic powder, dried basil, ground cardamom, 1/2 cup white wine, carrots, 1/2 cup raisins, 1/4 cup cashews, 1/2 cup milk, salt, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, help to mix with hands, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
