KraftShrimp and Potato Soup III Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 medium onion, chopped

4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/3 inch slices

6 green onions, cleaned, coarsely chopped

2 tablespoons cornstarch

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried parsley, coarsely chopped

2 teaspoons olive oil

1 cup chopped cooked shrimp

3 green olives

1 small carrot, peeled and diced

1 medium onion, chopped

2 large potatoes - peeled, cubed and cut into 1/2 inch pieces

Directions

Mix the oil, onion, potatoes, green onions, cornstarch, salt, onions powder, garlic powder, parsley, olive oil, shrimp, green olives, carrot and onion into 2 separate medium bowls, and pour over vegetables. Spoon soup over vegetables.

Allow to simmer 25 to 30 minutes, or until reduced by water; dough takes 10 minutes to raise to boiling. Cover, and let stand 15 minutes in a warm place before slicing.

Great recipe. I followed the recipe exactly and acted as if I was making a party recipe. Everyone at the party is going to love them.
