Tomato Poached Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

1 (4 ounce) can Dijon mustard

3 cloves garlic, chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons dried minced onion

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

Directions

In a large bowl, mix the Dijon mustard, garlic, olive oil, onion, salt, oregano, basil and mustard powder. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.

Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.

Coat with Dijon mustard mixture. Place salmon in a large bowl and place on grill. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 to 25 minutes, turning occasionally, until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
