4 cups water
1 (10 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (15 ounce) can sliced fresh mushrooms
1 (15 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian-style salad dressing
Bring water and pineapple to a boil in a large pot over medium heat. Stir and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in mushrooms, lemon juice and Italian dressing. Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
