Summer Rose Petal Pie Recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs

1 cup semisweet chocolate, chopped

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups salted butter

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Directions

Preheat oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a medium bowl, mix together the eggs, chocolate, chocolate chips, milk and vanilla until well blended, stir in the softened butter. Pour into the prepared pie crust.

Bake in the preheated oven for 21 to 26 minutes, until set in center. Allow to cool.

I thought this was very good, except for the taste. I would prefer just using plain old fresh ginger, but whatever is better for cooking will do.
