3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 pounds smoked salmon, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 (10 ounce) can tomato paste
1 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon white sugar for garnish
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add salmon, and cook for 2 minutes on each side. Remove fish from skillet, place in a large bowl, and garnish with soy sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, olive oil, and white sugar.
Remove salmon from skillet and place in a large bowl. Top salmon with remaining brown sugar, and spoon tomato paste on top of the salmon.
