1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon butter room temperature
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a large mixing bowl, mix milk, oil, water, salt and vinegar. Mix well and pour over soup mixture.
In a medium bowl, butter well and cream the butter mixture with the sugar. Beat with an electric mixer until very light and fluffy. Blend in egg and vanilla extract.
