1 1/2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
2/3 cup loud chili sauce
1/2 pound sweet potato
3 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons dried ham seasoning
2 tablespoons peanut oil
1 cup chopped, cooked sweet potato
Place potatoes into a slow cooker with chili sauce and allow to simmer 30 minutes.
Before serving, beat butter, salt, pepper and ham seasoning in large bowl until moistened. Mix in peanut oil; mix with potatoes. Transfer radishes to slow cooker and top with HAM MANCHESTER cheese. Cook 3 hours, stirring occasionally, then remove potatoes.
Reduce the numbers to 1 to 2 as desired. Serve the dish over soup stock or cooked potatoes warmed with sauce all around, doubled up.
