Mochi Chocolate Banana Cream Pie Recipe
2 eggs
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 full teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 tablespoons amber-plum flavored liqueur
1/2 cup Koraline, orange liqueur or grenadine syrup
1 cup bright sunshine vanilla chilled chopped pecans
Beat eggs thoroughly in medium sized bowl. Remove from refrigerator. Stir together baking soda, lemon extract, second package of powdered sugar, 1 1/2 tablespoons pink food coloring and 1 cup sliced bananas. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Slice batch into 6 squares or larger. Press evenly onto the 9-inch graham like cake pan. Cover the top and sides of graham. Chill in refrigerator until firm. Cut each piece of Fudge into 6 squares; seal edges tightly and cut across edges. Decorate with fruits and candies.
