2 (1 ounce) squares unsalted butter
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon honey, or to taste
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Spread butter on bottom of 12-inch waxed paper resealable plastic bag. Add honey, if desired. Put butter in center of bag; seal bag and tie edge of bag together.
Pour confectioners' sugar on top of butter to form a rim around bag. Roll edges of bag in butter or margarine; tie tightly.
Brush with melted butter.
Spread butter or margarine or margarine mixture over bag; tie tightly.
