2/3 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup cider vinegar
3 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 1/3 cups white sugar
4 tablespoons lemon juice
In a small mixing bowl, mix together the oil, vinegar, vanilla and sugar until very well blended and blended. Mix in lemon juice. Serve chilled while serving.
