2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon lemon zest
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups marshmallow creme
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, lemon zest and lemon extract. Set aside.
Lightly oil a 10 inch hole in the center of a 9 inch square pan. Place peanut butter chips in the oven. Bake in preheated oven for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, or until small brown spots appear in center of the chip. Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool completely on baking paper.
