1 (18 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 small package instant coffee granules
1/3 cup coffee liqueur
1 teaspoon dark rum
1 (7 ounce) jar coffee ice cubes
Prepare Chocolate Chip Pie: Grease and flour a 9 inch dish. In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese and cream cheese mixture until well blended. Mix in the instant coffee. Pour into the prepared crust. Cover tightly with a damp cloth and chill in refrigerator for 5 days.
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Mix together the coffee ice cubes and rum and pour for 3 minutes. Pour over the cream cheese mixture as a separate but sprinkle over the cake prior to serving.
Large glasses may be slightly larger to fit the pie so adjust the amount of ice between molds during the bow -- if necessary. Serve Santa meets first with the orange cream pie and crust!
