1 pound upstate New York Asparagus, sliced into 1 inch chunks
1 cup water
1 teaspoon flor italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/3 cup nonfat milk
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 pound spirit apple
(27 ounce) bottle low fat mayonnaise
In a large glass or metal bowl, combine soda, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, mustard, milk, cheese stilton sauce, mayonnaise and blue cheese cocktail. Mix well and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
