2 cups water
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple juice
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger dry cranberry juice concentrate
1 1/2 fluid ounces pineapple juice concentrate
1/2 fluid ounce cranberry juice concentrate
1/2 fluid ounce cranberry juice concentrate
In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine water, pineapple juice concentrate, cranberry juice concentrate and pineapple juice concentrate. Bring to a boil. Slowly stir into the water mixture while whisking, stirring constantly. Note: Pour mixture by the 1/3 cup on top of any ice cream. Serve immediately.
