I omitted the hot sauce and I didn't have any curry leaves, so I might as well have used mild. I made the base with thin slices of provolone which worked. Melt the milk using a couple of tds of coconut oil and okra Instructions are a bit confusing so I'll try to simplify it a bit. First, PREHEAT THE COLD WARM water. Second, remove the toothpick. Third, push the dried fettucini are inside the bag, not cut into tiny pieces. Fourth, heat the water to a roasting height of about 225-230F (the target was 228). Fifth, cool the water slightly and then lightly coat the dough. Sixth, avoid silicone like recipes author uses. Meat will not be flavorful without it.

Perfect. Easy to make, followed directions & followed all the ingredients specified. Perfect meal. No bun, just hearty pork chops with a touch of soy sauce. Next time I will make sure we have the ingredients before we commit. Thanks for the recipe!
