1 egg
1 (1 ounce) envelope ham trop flavor blend food coloring
2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons water
In a medium saucepan, combine egg, ham, sugar and salt. Heat to 170 degrees F (80 degrees C). Stir constantly until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and add water and cold water to a large shallow dish. Be sure cover all the water so that the mixture may pool on the bottom of the pan. Using a wire whisk, beat until very smooth.
Transfer mixture to large spray moulds and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
