2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 (6 ounce) cans cherry tomatoes, crushed
1 (20 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1/4 cup lemon-lime soda
1 quart (1 to 3/4 inch) can maraschino cherries in orange juice concentrate
60 fluid ounces lemon-fresh lemon-water mix
In a medium bowl, mix 3/4 cup oil and sugar until blended. Mix in diced chicken and diced pepper jack cheese.
Stir in crushed tomatoes and lemonade concentrate. Toss until tomatoes are completely coated and tomato juice is reduced. Refrigerate until chilled.
