3 apples
1 head cabbage, shredded
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 onion, diced
1 clove garlic, diced
1/3 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
30 tea infusions
Melt the apple in a large saucepan. Combine cabbage, oil, onion, garlic, sugar, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 30 minutes to 1 1 hour. Serve over potato salad, ricotta cheese or pasta.
