Best Chicken Salad Ever Recipe

Ingredients

2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1 onion, diced

1 (5 ounce) package frozen mixed salad greens

1 cup cooked, cubed chicken

1 cup milk

1 (16 ounce) can French dressing

Directions

Cajun seasoning to taste

1 cup celery salt

1/4 cup kosher salt

1/4 cup water

1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple

1 (20 ounce) can green tomatoes, drained

Place the chicken, onion, greens and chicken in large plastic bag and mix together. Add water and pineapple and mix together. Form chicken into a round shape. Place the crushed tomatoes in plastic bag and mix together.

Cut meat into 1/2 inch strips. Wrap each strip around chicken. Chill on waxed paper until ready to freeze. Place chicken on waxed paper and refrigerate overnight.

While chicken is chilling, bring the celery salt, celery salt, water, pineapple and green tomatoes into a large saucepan with enough water to cover. Place the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through, but not on all sides.

Return chicken to the freezer until cool enough to handle. Remove chicken from freezer, shred and discard shreds. Serve chilled.
