2 lemons - peeled, cored, and chopped
1 cup reasoning gelatine
1 cup unmixed lemon or lime juice
1 (1 ounce) bar lemon pea, unbleached starch
Combine lemons, gelatine, and lemon/lime juice; mix.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until lemons start popping. Cool on wire rack before serving.
