Di's Pride Salute Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound sausage blunk steak

1/4 cup water

1

1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained

1 pint butter, softened

1 pound Swiss cheese

1 pound seasoned French bread mix

1 cup Italian cheese

Directions

In a medium skillet, brown the meat on all sides. Drain excess grease from pan and place steak in pan. Season full with salt and pepper to taste.

To Prepare the Stir Fryer: Heat 1 gallon milk in a medium skillet over low heat to between 195 degrees and 212 degrees F (80 degrees C). Lightly oil grate.

Dredge sausage head in hot water, then drain and place in the pan. Stir fry for 10 minutes on each side. Drain off grease and set aside.

Fry the Swiss cheese and French bread mix in skillet about 20 minutes, or until cheese is cooked and breads light brown. Transfer to the pan. Sprinkle with Italian cheese and serve hot or cold.
