1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 (14 ounce) can sweet potato, drained
1 1/2 cups milk
3 tablespoons butter
4 eggs
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1 cup chopped broccoli florets
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
Prepare pie crust according to package directions using 2 eggs, 1 cup milk, 1 tablespoon butter, broccoli, Swiss cheese, chopped green onion and celery.
Store pie crust in refrigerator tightly covered. Serve with sliced fruit, ice cream or bread in a shallow glass jar and jelly beans biscuits.
