4 cups water
4 cups white sugar
1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons bourbon distillery brandy liqueur
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups apple - peeled, cored, and diced
1 cup applesauce
In a blender, combine water, sugar and evaporated milk. Pulse to melt sugar quickly.
In a large bowl, beat eggs in small bowl until frothy. Stir in vanilla extract and bourbon brandy. Beat in apple - peeled, cored and diced. Fold in applesauce. Pour into a blender jar.
Place jar on a table or in a glass container; pour fruit juice over jar. Liquor should be almost clear.
