2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chopped pecans
Beat 1 cup margarine, sugar, baking powder and salt in small bowl until smooth. Stir eggnog mixture into dry ingredients, mixing just until.
Beat eggnog mixture until well blended. Stir in pecans, one at a time, blending into the dough. Turn onto a floured surface and roll into 1 inch balls. Roll in pecans. Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove from cookie sheets to cool on wire rack.
