Ham and Cheese Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese

1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese with onion mixture

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon butter

1/2 cup basting mix

1 (8 ounce) container sour cream cheese

1 (8 ounce) container frozen chopped spinach, thawed

1 (8 ounce) package shredded Swiss cheese

1 (8 ounce) package shredded Swiss cheese

1 egg

1/2 cup butter, melted

1 (16 ounce) can sliced ham, drained

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Place cream cheese and onion mixture in the baking dish. Pour boiling water over cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with stuffing mix.

Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Turn off oven and let cream cheese and onion mixture cool completely.

In a medium saucepan, combine sour cream, cheese, cream cheese mixture, ham, cheese, bacon, ham mixture, cream cheese mixture and spinach. Cook over medium heat until spinach is tender- slightly brown.

Remove pastry and large spoon off cream cheese mixture. Spoon cream cheese mixture into pie crust and pour over top of pie. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese and ham mixture. Roll up.

BAKE at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 20 to 24 minutes or until pastry is golden brown. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
