2 eggs
2 cups white sugar
2 cups vegetable oil
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Place eggs in a large bowl and beat well. Beat egg whites until foamy. Fold in sugar; beat in oil and water.
Sprinkle flour over top and place in small plastic bag to seal. Pour egg over flour and sprinkle with baking soda. Mix thoroughly with hands until all ingredients are moist.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly browned. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
