1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (16 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O mix
1 (5 ounce) can funnel cake mix
2 (10 ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
4 egg yolks
2 teaspoons hot water
1 (8 ounce) can sliced peaches - drained
In a medium bowl, stir together cream cheese, jelly and cake mix. Mix in strawberry gelatin. Fill the prepared 9 inch square pan with peaches.
Heat the milk, sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest in a medium saucepan until a thick syrup forms. Remove from heat and pour over pie filling. Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
