1 (150 ounce) can frozen oatmeal
1/2 cup boiling water
1 cup canned pineapple juice
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1 1/2 cups orange juice
1 (8 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 jar maraschino cherries, drained
In a large bowl, mix boiling water, oatmeal, pineapple juice, chocolate syrup, orange juice and lemonade concentrate. Mix well.
Let stand 1 hour.
Turn oatmeal mixture out onto a floured surface and roll into a rectangle. Cut dough into 1/2-inch squares. Place squares on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool slightly on baking sheets.
