1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup chicken broth
4 ounces chicken bouillon
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/8 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon dried basil
3 cups cooked chicken breast meat
2 cups chicken broth
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add chicken broth, reduce heat to medium, and cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes. Stir in garlic powder, salt, pepper and chili powder. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 3 minutes. Stir in oregano, basil, chicken meat, chicken broth, broccoli, celery, and mushrooms. Pour into slow cooker.
Cover and cook on high for 3 hours. Stirring occasionally, simmer for 3 hours.
